Position Title: AP Accountant
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
International Marine Works is one of the leading companies in the field of Diving, Marine, ROV, and Rope Access services in Egypt and the MENA Region is urgently seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of AP Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities
The AP Accountant will be responsible for:
- Disbursing the Financial custody, whether permanent or temporary.
- Responsible for reviewing and reconciling the financial custody.
- Following up on the financial custody balances.
- Reviewing previous purchase orders, preparing invoices, completing the necessary approvals for disbursement, and then disbursing them, whether by check or bank transfer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: One ( 1 ) to Three ( 3 ) years.
Job Knowledge:
- Professional user of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Professional user of Microsoft Project is a plus.
- ODOO user is a plus.
Education Requirements: • Bachelor of commerce.
Language: V.Good command of English.
Working Conditions: 5 days/week
