Position Title: QHSE Coordinator
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
International Marine Works is one of the leading companies in the field of Diving, Marine, ROV & Rope Access services in Egypt and the MENA Region is urgently seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of QHSE Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Quality and HSE Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Assisting/ Attending Internal Audits as per Internal Audit Plan Schedule.
- Preparing HSE Observations, Incident Reports for INW/IMW Vessels and Diving Work sites.
- Preparing NCRs description Reports.
- Following up the root cause, correction & corrective actions.
- Following up implementation of the Annual In House Training Plan.
- Assisting/ Following up for implementing fire drills & Group Safety meetings.
- Assisting / Following up with HSE Manager for issuing safety flashes after carrying out Incident Investigations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Three (3) to Five (5) years in the same field.
Job Knowledge:
- Professional user of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Working in the Marine Industry is preferred
- Professional user of Microsoft Project is a plus.
- QHSE Certificates is a plus.
Education Requirements: Bachelor degree in a related filed
Language: V.Good command of English.
Working Conditions: 5 days/week
